Decorating Valenitne Heart Cookies, hand painted heart cookies and the Winner of the Valentine Cookie Giveway

I made these Valentine Inspired Cookies for the Free Valentine giveaway promotion.

Since the promotion was local I wanted to do something for my International viewers too. So As promised I did take progress Pictures for you..  The pictures were too many as a blog post so I put them in a video.. I hope you find it useful.
