How to make Gum Paste Hat Cupcake Topper, Girly Hat cupcake Toppers

I recently made some Hat cupcake toppers to send over seas on an order.
They were so cute I had so many asking me how I make them and If I could make a tutorial on them.
So I did. . Aren't these gorgeous?
Which girl wouldn't love to have those for her Birthday?

Of course the Tutorial is long about 30 pages. Lots and lots of pictures and explanation, and you know me; if I share something with you I always do a through job.
