A 3 inch Square mini cake.
I used my Double Chocolate Chocolate Cake recipe
Layered with my Vanilla Buttercream
with my Chocolate Ganache Exterior and
my Homemade Fondant /Sugar paste
All your cakes are really amazing. I am also planning to make a princess doll cake for my lovely niece and have watched almost all the videos and recipes for support. Also the castle cakes are so complicated but your idea of the castle cake is wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.
