I hope you all had a good weekend. I had a busy one. I have a few comments and emails that need attending but.... haven't had the time to do that yet...
Today I want to share with you this Princess Doll cake I made for my little Rhea. She turns three today.
This is my little Rhea with her brother Aadi.
This was the first time I used Sugar Veil and I must say I am absolutely in love with this product.
Don't miss the see thru top..! The wonders of lace.
From the back....
This is my Chocolate cake - delicious on it own recipe with Vanilla buttercream and home made sugar paste.
Here's a side view
Some cuttings of the lace...
A simple bow on the back.
It's beautiful - isn't it!
Don't worry I did take lots of progress pictures to share with you but it will take a while before I can get organized with those tutorials.
I already have a video on you tube with almost 600,000 views and another picture tutorial here on my blog showing how to make a princess doll cake.
Here's my little monkey face again. Rhea is our little miracle baby.
She was born premature in the 7th month weighing only 980 grams (about 2 lbs). At first we thought she wouldn't make it. She stayed in the NI-CU for 2 months before she was able to come home to us.
She is still slow in her development and goes to a special school where she get physical, occupational and speech therapy.
She is an absolute pleasure to be around. Very naughty yet sweet. Very stubborn and impatient but concerned and loving...
And here's me with both my babies.
A good day to you all and thanks for stopping by.
Happy Birthday to little Rhea,God Bless her.
